to Feed Families in Need
Join us for Circle of Hope Community Center's Third Annual Family Fun Run and help us feed families in need! The 4.5K chip-timed run will be located at beautiful Lake Pflugerville (18216 Weiss Lane) on Saturday, October 26th at 8:00 am and is open to everyone...it is a perfect introduction to off-road running on a soft, flat unpaved course. Starting at 7:30 am on race morning, pick up your registration packet and free timing chip if you want to get an official time! The 1K untimed run begins at 9:00 am for kids 10 & under. We will have runner prizes, kid's games, food, and fun for the entire family.
You can register (or sponsor!) by clicking the links at the top of the page all the way up to race day If you register as a team of three or more, you receive an additional discount. All 4.5k runners registered by October 12th are guaranteed to receive a beautiful custom-made shirt for the event!
Your participation in this event plays such a big role in helping Circle of Hope Community Center (COHCC) continue our ongoing mission of providing food, resources, and hope to our neighbors in need. And the need is greater than ever! We have seen a significant increase in the number of families COHCC serves each month…in August alone, we served 326 households (which equates to 1293 individuals)!!!
So bring your family, neighbors, friends, and coworkers to partner with Circle of Hope Community Center as we run together for the community to serve our neighbors in need.
