Before you can come on Monday or Friday to receive food, you must FIRST register with us, receive Circle of Hope Client Card with ID Number, & be assigned Monday or Friday to receive food. Beginning in JUNE, registration will be on 2ND & 4TH TUESDAYS of month 9-11AM. Click on First Time button above for details.
Circle of Hope Community Center (COHCC) will be limiting our neighbors to come once a week to our distributions. Our system and your COHCC card will now reflect the days you are scheduled to come. This will either be a Monday OR Friday each week, you will be informed of your designated day at the next distribution you come to.

As our numbers grow and we continue to serve more and more individuals, our parking lot continues to fill quickly. COHCC allows our neighbors to start lining up for distribution at 9am. Once the parking lot is filled, ALL cars will be directed to the public parking lot at Three Points Plaza by Planet Fitness right up the street at 2700 W Pecan St where our volunteers will continue to check in all vehicles. When ready, we will direct you to head to the COHCC parking lot where you will be let in and served. Our volunteers have been informed to not let in any car that has not gone through our check-in at our overflow parking at Three Points Plaza. Although the parking lot may appear to have room, you will not be let in unless you have been checked in at the overflow parking and sent over. As a reminder, we are a drive-thru distribution and we do not allow individuals to get out of their vehicles. This allows us to be most time efficient during our serving hours (10am – 12pm).

Please note, COHCC will not tolerate any form of bullying directed towards our volunteers. We are doing everything we can to better serve our community and we will continue to adapt to all the changes and challenges we face. We understand that these changes can be confusing, and we appreciate all of you for your compliance and understanding. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to us.

Circle of Hope Community Center (COHCC) limits our neighbors to come only once per week for our drive thru food distributions. Our system and your COHCC card will reflect the day you are scheduled to come. This will either be a Monday OR Friday each week depending on which day you first come to sign up.

On both Monday and Friday, we will open our Circle of Hope parking lot (located at 2900 W Pecan St with parking lot entrance on Three Points Road) ONLY TWO TIMES: the first time at 8am and the second time at 10:45am. Once our parking lot is completely filled up with cars, no further cars will be admitted.

We kindly ask that you respect all the surrounding businesses by NOT using their parking lots (towing is enforced); and please also do NOT park anywhere on the side of the road on Three Points Road or West Pecan St as that can cause road hazards. Also, do NOT stop on Three Points Road in front of our parking lot entrance to try to ask questions as that also can cause a road hazard. If you arrive and see our parking lot is completely full and closed off, you must come back at a later time.

We are hoping to eventually set up an online scheduling system where you will be able to sign up for a time slot when you can come to receive food; but until we have that scheduling system in place, the above will be our current process. We apologize in advance if you are not able to be served before our parking lot fills up, but we are trying to do the best we can to continue serving food to those in need despite the obstacles.
